Larva won't connect on my Wi-Fi
Switch protocol levels and reconnect (L1 → L2 → L3). If it still fails, try a different region, or test on cellular to isolate the network.
My internet stops when the VPN disconnects
That’s Kill Switch — it blocks traffic to prevent leaks. Reconnect the VPN, or temporarily disable Kill Switch if you need to browse without it.
A streaming app says content isn’t available
Switch to a different streaming region, then force-close and reopen the streaming app. If you’re on restrictive Wi-Fi, try L2 or L3.
What do L1, L2, and L3 mean?
Three protocol levels tuned for different networks. L1 is the fastest and works on most networks. L2 adds stealth for filtered networks. L3 is the most resilient for strict environments.
When should I use Evasion (EV)?
When L1–L3 all fail on a restrictive network. EV is built for the most challenging environments and trades a small amount of latency for reachability.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
What is Dynamo auto-redeploy?
If an IP is blocked from your region, Dynamo deploys a fresh server with a new IP in about 45 seconds. Available on the Standard and Yearly plans.
How do DNS profiles work?
DNS profiles filter requests at the DNS level. Choose from Default, Ad Blocking, Family, or Custom. If a website breaks, switch back to Default.
Why does a platform block VPN traffic?
Licensing restrictions and network policies. Larva uses multiple routes per region and residential‑style egress to reduce common VPN fingerprints.
Can I use Larva on multiple devices at once?
Yes. Lite supports 3 simultaneous devices, Standard supports 5, and Yearly supports 10. All devices share the same subscription.
Does Larva work on cellular data?
Yes. Larva works on both Wi‑Fi and cellular. If you have issues on one, try the other to isolate whether the network is the problem.
Why is my connection slow?
Try a closer region for lower latency. If you’re on L2 or L3, step down to L1 for better speed — higher levels trade performance for stealth.
How do I share my plan with family?
Apple Family Sharing is included on the Yearly plan. Set up Family Sharing in iOS Settings under your Apple ID, and family members can access the subscription.
